Office Manager in Mombasa, Kenya
Are you an experienced office manager looking for a new opportunity in Mombasa, Kenya? Our company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee our office operations. As the office manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth communication between team members.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations including managing schedules, organizing files, and handling correspondence
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for team members and clients
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures to improve productivity
- Handle any administrative tasks assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience with recruitment is a plus
- Familiarity with Kenyan labor laws is preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1500 per month
