Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian national to join our team as an Office Manager in Mombasa, Kenya. This position is suitable for male candidates without experience who are looking for a job with accommodation provided.
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Your role will involve managing office supplies, coordinating schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as needed.
We are looking for a candidate who is able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the office
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with special projects and events
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when necessary
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- No previous experience required
- Must be willing to relocate to Mombasa, Kenya if not already located there
- Accommodation will be provided by the company
- Ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred but not required
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.
