Merchandiser Supervisor

We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Lahore. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will also be responsible for managing a team of merchandisers and ensuring that all merchandising activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans that align with company objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of merchandisers to achieve set targets
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for replenishment or clearance of slow-moving products
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of merchandising strategies
- Review sales data and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize profits
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and product quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser Supervisor or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and product positioning strategies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software
- Biometric passport is preferred
