Smelter Operator

Operate and monitor smelting equipment to melt and refine metals, such as iron, copper, and aluminum. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and flow of materials in the smelting process. Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or issues and report them to supervisors. Keep records of production data, including quantity produced and time spent on each job. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production. Must have good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials. No prior experience required but must be willing to learn on the job. Your main duties will include following safety procedures, monitoring temperature, pressure, and flow of materials in the smelting process, and keeping records of production data.

To excel in this role, you must have good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy materials. Previous experience is not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate on the job.
