Adjuster for Contract Position in Split, Egypt


We are currently seeking a skilled Adjuster to join our team in Split, Egypt on a contract basis. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for assessing and determining the extent of damage to various objects and properties as well as negotiating settlements with clients and insurance companies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of damage to objects and properties
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports for clients and insurance companies
- Negotiate settlement offers with clients and insurance companies
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient claims processing
- Maintain accurate records of all claims processed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Adjuster or similar role
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
