IT Manager

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our growing team in Utena. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the company's information technology systems and infrastructure
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and maintain network security, including firewalls and antivirus software
- Manage hardware and software upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting
- Develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or cyber attacks
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or updates to current systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, virtualization, cloud computing, and cybersecurity
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Utena (open for all nationalities)
