Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our projects in Los Angeles. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring quality control and safety on site.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the project team.
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including procurement of materials and equipment, hiring subcontractors, and managing labor resources.
- Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets company standards.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on site.
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (open to candidates from India or other English-speaking countries)
