Carpenter - Lom, Pakistan


We are a construction company in Lom, Pakistan seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. The ideal candidate will have previous carpentry experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or drawings
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
- Build scaffolding and other temporary structures to support construction projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods of installation
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately
- Good physical strength and stamina to handle various tasks in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measuring materials accurately
- Own visa/valid work permit in Lom (Pakistani nationals preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for the right candidate with relevant experience.
