Job Title: Part-Time Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada, Portugal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Coordinate and manage all phases of construction projects
- Review and approve project budgets and expenditures
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project resources effectively to stay within budget limits
- Oversee the selection of materials and equipment for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in project management software
