Executive Chef - Manama, Bahrain
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Manama, Bahrain. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. This role requires a high level of creativity, leadership, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and high-quality menus that meet the needs of our guests
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all dishes to maintain high standards
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality food
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs while maintaining quality standards
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable hotel or restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
