Surveyor - Land and Property Management

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys in Nairobi, Kenya. Your main duty will be to gather data on land boundaries, topography, and existing structures using specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations. You will also be required to create detailed maps and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in land surveying and a strong understanding of local land laws and regulations in Nairobi. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, as you will be required to liaise with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders.

Having experience working with Indian clients is preferred but not mandatory. However, proficiency in English is a must as it is the primary language used in our company.

This job does not come with accommodation but we do offer visa sponsorship for non-Kenyan candidates.
