As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various products and materials. This includes sanding, polishing, painting, and other finishing techniques to ensure a high-quality end result. You will work with a variety of tools and equipment to achieve the desired finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling, and cleaning as needed
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes to products according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools to smooth or shape materials
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- A keen eye for detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and their application techniques is a plus
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a bonus)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
