Brick Mason


Brick masons are responsible for constructing and repairing structures using brick, concrete blocks, and other materials. They work on various projects such as buildings, walls, chimneys, and walkways. As a brick mason in Braga, you will be required to have experience in the field and a strong understanding of construction techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Lay out patterns or foundations according to blueprints or plans
- Cut or break bricks and other materials to fit specific locations
- Mix mortar and spread it onto surfaces using trowels
- Use various tools such as levels, hammers, and chisels to ensure accuracy of work
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or structures
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Train and supervise apprentices when necessary

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a brick mason
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
