Merchandiser - Indian Nationals Only


We are a leading retail company based in Al-Kuwait and we are seeking a highly motivated Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the buying team to select and source products that align with our target market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify current trends and customer preferences
- Develop and execute merchandising plans for various product categories
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments to merchandising strategies
- Manage product displays, pricing, and promotions to optimize sales performance
- Coordinate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for product sourcing
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure proper implementation of merchandising plans in-store

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred due to visa restrictions
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Strong negotiation skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month, plus benefits.
