Merchandiser for Indian Students in Hawalli

We are a dynamic retail company looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Hawalli. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted effectively in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to plan and implement visual merchandising strategies
- Create eye-catching displays that promote our products and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure that merchandise is displayed according to company standards
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product placement and make necessary adjustments
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' strategies

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends
