Merchandiser - Indian Nationals Only


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining and showcasing our products in retail stores and ensuring they are presented in an attractive and organized manner.

Salary: 1700$

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to set up displays, arrange products, and ensure proper stock levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock products as needed.
- Maintain product displays by replenishing stock, cleaning and organizing shelves.
- Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired products from shelves.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing strategies for specific products.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and make recommendations for product placement.
- Build strong relationships with store managers to ensure our products are given priority placement.
- Report on sales data, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is a must due to visa restrictions.
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy boxes when setting up displays.
