Information Technology Manager (IT Manager)



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our company's IT operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of all computer systems and networks. You will also work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Monitor network infrastructure to ensure maximum availability and uptime
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, servers, and network equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to meet business goals
- Manage budgets for hardware, software, and technology projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements or upgrades
- Ensure data security through regular backups, disaster recovery planning, and cybersecurity measures
- Provide technical support for employees on computer systems, software applications, and other technology-related issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
- Experience managing budgets for IT projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Izhevsk (remote work may be considered)

Preference:
This position is open to professionals from Canada or the Philippines; however candidates from any country with relevant experience are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required. This position is open to both full-time and part-time options, with flexible working hours. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will not be provided.
