Restaurant Manager - Pakistani Cuisine (Mombasa)



We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager with a passion for Pakistani cuisine to join our team in Mombasa. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and make an impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and driving revenue growth. You will also have the opportunity to create new menu items and collaborate with our chefs to continuously improve our offerings.

To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Pakistani cuisine. Previous experience in a management position within the restaurant industry is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. As this is a fast-paced industry, the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential. The successful candidate will also need to be able to handle high-pressure situations with ease and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to consider candidates without experience who are passionate about Pakistani cuisine and eager to learn. This position does not require English language proficiency or provide accommodation.
