Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager in Mombasa, your main responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and increasing profitability.
Some key duties and responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling staff members
- Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Overseeing food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards
- Interacting with customers to gather feedback and address any concerns
- Developing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Creating schedules and managing payroll for staff members
- Managing budgets and controlling costs to maximize profits
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have a good understanding of financial management principles and be able to analyze data to make informed decisions.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month. We also offer accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and tickets for foreign employees. English language proficiency is not required for this role.
