Job Title: Experienced Turner for Steel Manufacturing Company in Malindi


A steel manufacturing company in Malindi is seeking an experienced Turner to join our team. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining lathe machines to produce metal parts and components according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathe machines to perform turning, boring, drilling, threading, and facing operations
- Read blueprints, sketches, or other specifications to determine the dimensions and tolerances of the finished workpiece
- Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Replace worn tools and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality
- Follow all safety procedures while operating machines
- Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Turner in a steel manufacturing environment is required
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
