Online Consultant (Indian Candidates Only)

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service and support to our clients. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Indian nationality preferred
- No prior experience required
- Accommodation and free visa and ticket provided
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Maintain strong knowledge of company's offerings and policies
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service processes
- Meet daily performance targets set by management

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
