Handyman for Maintenance and Repairs in Utena

We are currently in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Utena. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on different properties throughout the city. This is a full-time position, suitable for men with or without experience, and no English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work as needed
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Paint walls and perform other minor touch-ups as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role (experience with plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry preferred)
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (knowledge of English is not required)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, based on experience and qualifications.
