Civil Engineer

We are in need of an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of engineers, surveyors, and contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed construction plans and designs according to technical specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Work closely with architects and other professionals to ensure the project meets client requirements
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to obtain necessary materials and equipment
- Perform quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times on the construction site
- Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and communication with stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering or construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software programs

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale projects such as highways, bridges, or commercial buildings
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles
- Knowledge of project management software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
