Painter for Residential and Commercial Properties in Karachi, Pakistan



We are currently hiring a skilled Painter to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting and finishing residential and commercial properties according to specifications and deadlines. You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Select appropriate paint or mix colors according to specifications
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure smooth application of paint without drips or streaks
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate with clients to understand their painting needs and preferences
- Meet project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial properties
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints, understand color schemes, and follow instructions
- Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail with an eye for color accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Visa sponsorship available for non-Pakistani nationals

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus additional benefits.
