Office Assistant for Filipino Applicants in Al-Kuwait
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. This position is open exclusively to Filipino applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Make travel arrangements as needed
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements:
- Must be a Filipino national currently residing in Al-Kuwait
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for this role
Working Conditions:
- Part-time position with the potential for full-time employment based on performance
- Salary of 1400 USD per month
- No English language proficiency required for this role
