Civil Engineer


We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Kaunas. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting all safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating with contractors and other professionals involved in the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid visa to work in Kaunas

Responsibilities:
- Designing and planning construction projects according to specifications and local regulations
- Conducting site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Preparing cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and progress reports for clients and management
- Coordinating with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborating with government agencies for obtaining necessary permits and approvals
- Identifying potential risks or issues during the construction process and developing solutions
- Managing project resources effectively to ensure timely completion within budget
