Industrial Alpinist



We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Siauliai. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks at heights using advanced rope access techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting rope access work at height, including rigging, anchoring, and maneuvering in challenging environments
- Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on industrial structures such as bridges, towers, and buildings
- Operating various tools and equipment while suspended at heights
- Ensuring proper safety protocols are followed at all times
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients to complete tasks efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and reporting any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Valid certification in industrial rope access (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Strong knowledge of rigging, anchoring, and rope access techniques
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages considered an asset)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai, a vibrant city located in northern Lithuania. While preference will be given to candidates currently residing in India, all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
