As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to repair, maintenance, and general upkeep of our facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing minor damage
- Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Respond to requests from staff or residents regarding repairs or maintenance needs
- Keep accurate records of all work completed and materials used
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability for part-time work on weekdays and weekends as needed
