Land Surveyor

Our land surveying company in Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, create maps, and provide data for construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, charts, and reports
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land
- Provide accurate measurements for construction projects and analyze potential impacts on surrounding properties
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions based on survey findings
- Ensure all work adheres to legal requirements and industry standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, maps, and legal documents
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Physical fitness for outdoor work in various weather conditions
