Merchandiser Coordinator



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser Coordinator to join our growing team in Riyadh. As a Merchandiser Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of product merchandising, ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop merchandising strategies that align with company goals and customer preferences
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and track inventory levels
- Create visual displays that effectively showcase products in stores
- Monitor sales patterns and adjust merchandising strategies as needed
- Train store staff on proper product placement and display techniques
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in the development of promotional campaigns and events to drive sales
- Manage budgets for merchandising activities and report on ROI

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized with strong project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis
- Knowledge of Pakistani or Nepali culture is preferred but not required

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month, along with other benefits such as health insurance and vacation time. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
