Registered Nurse (Indian Nationals) in Sharjah, UAE



We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Sharjah, UAE. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment and provide quality care to patients from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and other nursing interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Maintain accurate medical records and follow all documentation procedures
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and health promotion strategies
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to ensure patient safety
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants as needed
- Keep up-to-date with current nursing practices, standards, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse preferably in a hospital setting
- Valid nursing license from the country of origin (India)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Compassionate nature with strong patient-centered care approach
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

We offer:
As an employee of our healthcare facility, you will receive a competitive salary package of $1300 per month. This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on performance. We also provide accommodation assistance for out-of-town employees.
