Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team in Nakuru. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with little or no experience who is looking for a job without the requirement of English proficiency or the need for accommodation. This position is open to Indian candidates as well as freshers.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms
- Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms and public areas
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Follow established cleaning procedures and standards
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
- Assist guests with any requests or inquiries related to housekeeping services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Nakuru, Kenya (accommodation not provided)
