Job Title: Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis in Karachi. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth functioning of their computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Set up new computers and devices for clients according to their needs
- Train clients on how to use various hardware and software programs effectively
- Respond to client inquiries regarding IT issues in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all IT support activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be available for part-time work in Karachi

Salary:
