As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to our clients, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with network maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed
- Install and configure new equipment such as computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance on network systems including backups, updates, and security patches
- Create documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 900$ per month.
