Contract Office Manager in Karachi
We are currently hiring for a Contract Office Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience to gain valuable skills and experience in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will have a valid biometric passport and be willing to relocate to Karachi for the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Handle basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records
- Communicate with vendors and external partners as needed
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary: $1200 per month + accommodation provided.
