We are seeking a skilled and reliable Contract Concrete Worker to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Contract Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete structures according to specifications. This is a contract role with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work area by setting up forms or scaffolding
- Mix concrete and pour it into designated areas
- Smooth and level concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants or waterproofing compounds
- Monitor curing process to ensure proper drying time
- Remove forms once concrete has set
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
