Job Title: Office Manager - English Speaking
Our growing office in Kaunas is looking for a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team. As an English-speaking professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks. This position is open to all nationalities, including Pakistani and Egyptian candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the office budget and maintain accurate financial records
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary
- Maintain employee records, including attendance and leave requests
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training when necessary
- Plan and organize company events or functions
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office maintenance or repairs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of office management procedures and accounting principles
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Own visa/work permit is a must.
