We are currently seeking a friendly, English speaking Concierge to join our team at a luxurious hotel in Nairobi. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$, perfect for Indians looking to work abroad without prior experience.

Your main duties will include assisting guests with luggage, arranging transportation, making reservations for dining and activities, and providing information about the local area. You must be able to anticipate guests' needs and handle any requests or issues promptly and professionally. A background in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not required for this entry-level position.
