We are looking for a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team in Al Buraymi, Oman. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work station, monitoring ingredient inventory, and ensuring all products are of high quality. Our ideal candidate is passionate about baking, has excellent time management skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Bake breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes or toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust when necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Keep work station clean and organized at all times
- Adhere to food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and methods
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary:
Starting salary is 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al Buraymi, Oman.
