Machine Operator



A leading manufacturing company based in Kaunas is looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. This is a full-time position with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided.

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator
- Fluent in English
- Strong mechanical skills and ability to read technical drawings
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality production
- Troubleshoot issues and perform basic maintenance on machines
- Maintain proper records of production output and quality control measures
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate any issues or concerns with supervisors and team members

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
