Back-End Developer

We are hiring a Back-End Developer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be to ensure the responsiveness and efficiency of our applications by working closely with front-end developers, designers, and other team members. You will also be involved in integrating data storage solutions, implementing security measures, and optimizing server-side performance.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of back-end development languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby. Experience with SQL databases and server-side frameworks like Node.js or Django is also preferred. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side code for web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure efficient integration of user-facing elements
- Design and implement data storage solutions
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
- Optimize server-side performance for maximum speed and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging back-end development technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of back-end development languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g. MySQL) and server-side frameworks like Node.js or Django
- Knowledge of web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design principles is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
