Junior Architectural Designer



As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for providing design support and assistance to senior architects in the creation of innovative and functional building designs. Your main tasks will include conducting research, producing technical drawings, and collaborating with other team members to develop design concepts.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. Additionally, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts for various projects
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques
- Create detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with other team members to produce comprehensive design packages
- Present design ideas and proposals to clients or project stakeholders
- Ensure that all designs comply with relevant building regulations and codes
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of architectural principles and design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations (preferred)
