Loader Operator - Shan, Nepal

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Shan, Nepal. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials on construction sites. This is a contract job with a salary of 900$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be a Nepali national with legal authorization to work in Nepal
- Previous experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader equipment to load and unload materials onto trucks or construction sites
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times and report any safety hazards or issues immediately
- Communicate with other team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks effectively
- Adhere to project timelines and complete tasks efficiently
