Senior Architect



Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet all required standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are innovative, functional and in line with client’s requirements
- Develop detailed construction plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with other team members including engineers, contractors and interior designers to develop comprehensive project plans
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare project proposals, budgets and timelines for clients
- Mentor and supervise junior architects and interns
- Keep updated with current architectural trends, materials and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations and safety standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Khanpur. Accommodation will not be provided.
