Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction of various architectural projects. You will also be involved in managing teams, delegating tasks, and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for new construction projects, from conceptualization to completion
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using architectural software
- Review and approve designs created by junior architects
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Supervise construction progress to ensure compliance with plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in a senior role
- Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and professionals from different backgrounds

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a full-time job based in Khanpur. The ideal candidate should already have their own visa to work in Khanpur.
