About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and F&B, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering and cost control.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Prepare reports on sales, labor costs, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent English speaker
• Portuguese is not mandatory but highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
