Executive Chef



As the Executive Chef at our high-end restaurant in Manama, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations. Your main goal will be to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests through the creation of innovative and delicious dishes. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth operations and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that are unique, creative, and reflective of our restaurant's concept
- Train, supervise, and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and service
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Conduct regular menu tastings and make necessary adjustments based on feedback from guests
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to create special menus for events or promotions
- Oversee the maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure they are kept in good working condition
- Control food costs by implementing portion control measures and minimizing waste

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
