Preservation Architect
As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures in the city of Moscow. Your main task will be to analyze the condition of these buildings and develop plans for their conservation. You will also work closely with other architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the preservation work is carried out accurately and efficiently.
Your job will involve conducting detailed surveys of historical buildings, documenting their features and conditions, and proposing suitable restoration methods. You will also need to prepare reports on your findings and present them to clients or local authorities for approval. Additionally, you may be required to oversee construction projects related to preservation work, ensuring that all necessary guidelines and regulations are followed.
To excel in this role, you should have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with a strong understanding of architectural history and preservation techniques. Previous experience working with historical structures is preferred but not required. As this is a contract job, you must be able to work independently without accommodation provided by the company.
