Our busy barbershop in Las Vegas is seeking a talented and experienced Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will provide high-quality grooming services to our diverse clientele, ranging from traditional haircuts to modern styles. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and enjoys creating unique looks for clients of all ages.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Perform a variety of hair services including haircuts, beard trims, and facial shaves
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Educate clients on proper hair care and grooming techniques
- Upsell products and services when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to perform a variety of men's grooming services
- Knowledge of current trends in men's hairstyles and facial hair grooming
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the USA (visa sponsorship available)
- No English language proficiency required
