Our 5-star hotel in Karachi is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. As the Senior Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually appealing pastries and desserts for our guests. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry will be essential in ensuring the success of our pastry department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative pastry menus that cater to various dietary preferences and restrictions
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Oversee the production of high-quality pastries, cakes, breads, and other baked goods in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked pantry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus for special events and promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and trends
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with an eye for presentation
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality standards

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month plus benefits including medical insurance, paid time off, staff meals, and discounts on hotel services.
